1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ProofReady, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. If you are under 18, you should only use ProofReady with the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian, or school that has authorised its use.

2. Pilot status

ProofReady is currently offered free of charge as a pilot. The service is provided on a best-effort basis without any service level agreement. Features, availability, pricing, and these terms may change without notice during and after the pilot.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use ProofReady only for academic formative feedback on your own assessment drafts or, in the case of teachers, for creating academic tasks for your students. You agree not to:

Teachers remain solely responsible for identifying and responding to student welfare concerns using their school's established procedures. You retain ownership of the drafts and other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant ProofReady a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing feedback to you and, where applicable, storing it so you and your teacher can review it. We do not sell your content, use it for advertising, or use it to train third-party AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

ProofReady retains ownership of the platform itself — its code, interface, branding, prompts, and underlying technology.
